Louell Crowley

The role of a producer takes an unseen amount of time, effort, planning and good people. Working on several projects throughout her early years in the industry, she sharpened her knowledge on the many facets of film making. Directing, lighting, audio, camera operations and editing were learned so well, they earned her a Telly award in 2007 for her outstanding accomplishments in “Invisible People, Achieving a Visible Connection”. As a talented producer Louell also recognizes that these accomplishments do not pay for themselves. They are a business within a business, a product designed for profit. She is acutely aware of the delicate balancing act between artistic freedom and budgets. The knowledge of locations and all the stipulations and rules of equipment and crew must also be taken into consideration. Of course there is the process of Pre, Post and Distribution to make a film live up to its fullest potential. This is what Louell did on the award-winning television series “Invisible People”. She brought everything together to produce this inspirational drama about homelessness and poverty in America. Louell has proven to her peers that along with her knowledge and insight she has the capability to change the life of the viewer through the artistic medium of film.
